Submitting an RFQ, adding products to an enquiry list, requesting a sample or receiving an automated acknowledgement does not create a contract, reserve stock, confirm feasibility or constitute acceptance of an order.

A transaction becomes binding only through the quotation, proforma invoice, accepted purchase order, written order confirmation or other commercial agreement applicable to that transaction. Those agreed documents take priority over these Website Terms for the sale.

Photography is representative and screen settings may affect colour. Handmade ceramic products and glazes may show normal production variation. Natural marble and stone vary in tone, veining, pattern and texture. Dimensions and weights may be subject to reasonable production tolerances.

Specifications, availability, MOQ, lead times, packaging and customization possibilities may change and are confirmed only for the specific enquiry. Approved samples and written specifications are the commercial reference where applicable.

These statements do not excuse defective or materially incorrect goods; such matters are handled under the applicable order documents and claims process.

You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape it in a way that disrupts service, submit unlawful or misleading material, impersonate another person, or upload content you have no right to share.

Website design, copy, branding, catalogue structure and Kunhar-owned media are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. They may not be reproduced or commercially reused without permission.

You retain rights in material you submit. You authorize Kunhar Exports and relevant service or sourcing partners to use that material only as reasonably necessary to assess and handle your enquiry or resulting order.

We may change, suspend or withdraw website content without notice. External links are provided for convenience and do not imply control or endorsement.
