What the website currently uses
Essential session cookies support form security, session continuity and core website operation. These are required for functions such as CSRF protection and cannot be disabled through a preference panel without affecting the service.
Browser local storage remembers products added to the enquiry list on your device. It remains in that browser until you clear it or submit an enquiry that clears the list.
Analytics cookies
Google Analytics (GA4), operated by Google and deployed through Google Tag Manager, sets cookies such as _ga, _ga_* and _gid to distinguish visitors and measure page views, on-site events (such as viewing a product or submitting an enquiry) and traffic sources. These cookies typically expire between 24 hours and 2 years depending on the specific cookie.
Microsoft Clarity, operated by Microsoft and deployed through Google Tag Manager, sets cookies such as _clck, _clsk, CLID, ANONCHECK, MR and MUID to record anonymized on-page behaviour (clicks, scrolling, mouse movement) and generate heatmaps, helping us understand where buyers succeed or struggle in the enquiry journey. Clarity is configured to mask the content of text fields so what you type is not captured in recordings.
Neither tool is used for advertising, remarketing or cross-site tracking, and no advertising or remarketing pixels are deployed on this website.
Managing and declining cookies
On your first visit, a cookie banner lets you choose "Accept" or "Necessary only." Choosing "Necessary only" means Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity are never loaded in your browser for that visit, and no analytics cookies are set. Your choice is remembered in this browser so the banner does not reappear.
You can also delete cookies and local storage, or block non-essential cookies, through your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may prevent forms, security protections or other website features from operating correctly; blocking the analytics cookies above does not affect your ability to use the website or submit an enquiry.
To opt out of Google Analytics specifically, you can install Google's browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
The enquiry-list storage is associated with your browser rather than a registered user account and is not itself transmitted to Kunhar Exports until you submit an enquiry.
