This is a B2B claims process
Wholesale, private-label, custom and export orders are not covered by a general consumer-style change-of-mind returns programme. Rights and remedies depend on the agreed specification, Incoterm and transaction documents.
Inspect and report promptly
Inspect the shipment, outer cartons, pallets and products promptly after receipt. Report visible damage, shortage, incorrect goods or suspected manufacturing issues within the notification period stated in your commercial documents, or otherwise without unreasonable delay.
Where carrier notation or survey is required, record visible damage or shortage before accepting delivery and preserve the relevant transport evidence.
Evidence needed
Provide the order, invoice and shipment reference; affected SKU or product; quantity affected; a clear description; photographs or video of the product; outer and inner packaging images; carton labels; and any carrier or receiving report.
Keep affected goods and packaging available for reasonable inspection. Do not destroy, repair, resell or return goods without written instructions where doing so could prevent assessment.
Assessment and resolution
Kunhar Exports will compare the evidence with approved samples, written specifications, tolerances, QC records and shipment terms. Normal handmade, glaze or natural-stone variation is not automatically a defect.
Where a claim is accepted, an appropriate commercial resolution may include replacement, repair, credit, refund or another agreed remedy, subject to the order documents and circumstances. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
Custom and private-label goods
Products made, branded or packaged to buyer specifications generally cannot be returned simply because requirements changed after approval. This does not prevent a supported claim for goods that are defective or materially inconsistent with the agreed specification.
