Uploaded files are stored in private application storage and are made available to authorized personnel through the authenticated administration area. Please submit only information you are authorized to share.

Do not upload highly sensitive personal data, payment-card information or unrelated confidential material. Commercial confidentiality required for a project should also be addressed in the relevant NDA or commercial agreement.

Because Kunhar Exports works with international buyers and service providers, information may be processed outside your country. Appropriate operational safeguards are applied according to the nature of the information and engagement.

We retain enquiries and related files for as long as reasonably necessary for follow-up, quotation history, repeat business, dispute prevention, record keeping and legal compliance. Retention periods vary according to the enquiry and any resulting commercial relationship.

We use access controls and reasonable technical and organizational measures. No internet or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Depending on applicable law, you may ask to access, correct or delete personal information, object to certain processing, or withdraw a communication request. Some records may need to be retained for legitimate business or legal reasons.
